Pros: high quality, quiet, easy to use

"Ordered our Danby De-humidifier on a Monday and had it on our front porch Thursday. We ordered this unit after taking back another De-humidifier from a major chain store because it was way to loud, even for the basement. Did some research on the web and found this one. They claimed it was the quietest they had. It is perfect for our basement, still it is a little loud for a room where people are going to sit and talk or watch TV. The fan in the high speed moves air like there is no tomorrow. Once it hit our set humidity level I switched it to low and wow....you can't even hear it when the house is quiet at night. I gave it an average for Reliability because we just got it.....but I'm sure by just the way the thing feels and looks....that will get 5 stars too."
